No question - any new discovery by PDL would improve the long-term picture for the Lac des Iles mine. As for others in the area:

1. From the maps I have seen, it looks like all the prospective property has been staked. PDL has staked the entire area surrounding HLM's Tib Lake claims - not surprising given the prospector's drill results (planned drilling in early 99' will be of interest).

2. AVL is looking for a JV partner to drill other targets on Wolf Mt., this work would likely include determining if the low-grade, near surface 'black sands' discovered to date can be processed using low-cost gravity methods.

What this will all mean re. PDL is a ?
