They can not get on the NASD EXCHANGE with a 4 to 1 reverse..They have limited revenue comming in,,, the 6 mil I do not see and the 10K only show small revenue. AGTI needs revenue and a lot of it to float my ass to profit.Having one foot in the grave, I want to see something soon. I give it another 2 years.

I going to take 5 years to break even..

I think they will have to reverse at a higher number..We stand to loose 1/2 of that share money if finance does not come in on time..
