Snowshoe, thank you for the links and the info you had. I had not heard the complete story before. And I've just spent the last few hours reading up on it. To be honest, I don't know which side is telling the truth on this whole matter. Yes Kfx has been going up and I think it is because the plant is soon to be completed. If it is a scam, then this management has certainly scammed a huge number of people, including a number of very large coal companies. I can't imagine the CEO of Arch saying he thinks this process will work on cnbc just a few days ago and the negotiations between the companies are in advanced stages if the situation is otherwise. But certainly the allegations being made by Manuel Arsinio (sp?)are disturbing to me. I'll spend more time looking into it. And I hope this board understands that I truly was not hyping. I can't help but think that this process has some legitimate potential and I was trying to share it. Again thank you for your links.
