What you seem to disregard is the fact that Bush gave the order to leak her name and all the while promised to cooperate with the investigators and promised to deal with the leakers....He was lying all the way and compounded the crime by covering up..... We can debate all night long about who went to jail for how long in the Nixon era but it means squat in this case. Bush is a criminal.
