JAWS TECHNOLOGIES AND OA GROUP ANNOUNCE ALLIANCE TO DELIVER JAWS SECURITY SOLUTIONS
CALGARY, Canada, August 9, 1999 JAWS Technologies Inc. (NASD-OTC BB: JAWZ), a provider of the best in information security technologies and practices, is pleased to announce a sales and distribution agreement with the OA Group of Companies, which encompass Internet, software and hardware services, to integrate JAWS security solutions within OA Group's client networks.
This strategic alliance will provide OA Group Inc. and their divisions OA Internet Inc., OA Comp Inc., and OA Soft Inc. a full range of JAWS security solutions to offer their clients. As an Internet Service Provider and as a Network Service Provider, OA Internet provides services to other ISPs, educational institutions, and larger corporations. Using the JAWS ISP business model to introduce JAWS XMAIL, as well as offering the full range of JAWS business security solutions through OA Soft Inc., will leverage sales opportunities for JAWS Technologies throughout the client base of OA Group Inc.
