tommasso, unfortunately <g>, I too had some losses on short sales last year and ran into the same problem. I best way to handle that is to export the quicken report to excel (File/Print Report_Graph/, click on Tab Delimited File).

Then you can rearrange the transactions before you give them to your accountant.
