Nihil In effect you agree with me. Intel used it's price strategy to cut prices faster and try to impoverish AMD. There is no doubt that the Intel price drops exceeded their prior announced drops, and then out came K6, and then a new lower round. Had that not happened I would have expected Intel to have a 25-30 earnings increase instead of the near neutral results they actually got. Bill
