Depends on the situation. If you guys are selling for tax loss purposes, I don't think that is a sufficient reason to sell from the model, unless you are going to incorporate taxes into your Model gains calculations. The only significant losers at this point are CYTO and CMTR. I think CYTO is close to a bottom and expect substantial good news by year end. CMTR seems too cheap to sell at this point unless you think it has lost all potential.

If it is your considered opinion that a stock has lost serious potential and you have sold it from your PA for that reason, then I think it should be removed from the Model. IMO.
