Tom Swift No, RICO charges can be filed by any lawyer as part of their suit. RICO could be initiated within a civil suit, but if the charge sticks, it will end up as a criminal violation. Man, I would sure hate to be at the end of those charges. Auric deStinkyfinger must be having imodium days lately. LMOA at them all.
