MONDAY -7-3-00----U.S. stock markets close early, at 1 p.m. EDT, as does the bond market and the Chicago Board of Trade, in advance of tomorrow's July 4 holiday. Also closing at 1 p.m.: currency trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Markets are closed in Canada. Bank of Japan Governor Masaru Hayami speaks at a conference of the central bank's research institute in Tokyo. Have questions about options?
