A couple of bargain hunters speak out:

boston.com

Shares of Analog Devices, the Norwood maker of integrated circuits, trade at about half their peak price reached three months ago. That's about 20 times Analog profits forecast for the current fiscal year, which began this month.

Analog Devices became a hot stock this year because it delivered big earnings selling high-speed chips for wireless phones, digital cameras, DVD players, and other uses. Two weeks ago, the company said business was still strong and forecast still growing financial results for the current quarter.

Analog has taken a fall recently with other chip-related stocks. It won't help if the huge increase in demand once forecast for cellular phones, some of which use the company's chips, slows down.
