Twister's "code" post wasn't a flame, or even ill-tempered. It was a reference to another "joke" post (of mine) that may have gone up before you arrived.

You do expect too much if you think the paltry SI membership fee will buy you a country-club environment. But I read the Yahoo message boards as well as the SI ones. If you do too, you'll have to admit there's a noticeable difference. Also, despite the sometimes obnoxious tone of the banter between the bears and the bulls, the SUNW thread IMHO is one of the better-behaved ones even on SI. Poke around SI a bit when you're not ironing and see if you don't agree.
