Deep in thought reading "My Pet Goat". Sorry, couldn't resist... :-) Can we discuss the CBO forecast? When Bush took office the long range forecast was for a $5 trillion surplus. The latest CBO numbers have us looking at a $5 trillion deficit... Can't we talk about something better than the meaning of seven minutes of video depicting a president deep in thought?
