I'm not trying to time RRI. Good news on the refi could come any day now, but I suspect mid Feb is more likely. I've seen far too many sell out at 2.5, 3, 3.5, etc. I do agree it's peers are overbought, but that could continue tomorrow as well as MIR has a CC. I'm holding for LT gains as my basis is 1.85.
