Komrad Kovolof, Re -- Again what is "risk evaluator" I would be happy to help, but it would be a futile excercise. First you need to understand what is "risk". You obviously have no idea, since you ask. There are many good 10th grade math books which will explain what risk means. After you have learnt this, come back (it will take a few years in your case) and I will explain what evaluating risk for a particular security means.
