1) A policy of this sort is a normal part of doing business for mining companies. Ask anyone in the business. Which, I believe you are in a position to do...as many of us on the thread are.

2) Why would a lawyer make this up? You don't need a lawyer to collect on insurance. In fact, if you're insured, you don't need to sue-so it's not to a lawyers advantage to hype insurance.
