Hi Barrie Question for you. What type of marketing campaign is JAWZ marching forward with in terms of suppying protection to hard drives and CD roms for business? I've heard a lot of talk about "xmail" and "security solutions with audit procedures but what specificly is Jawz doing for the above noted? thks ps. Your guys never called me back to follow up and my answering machine is never off. I think you may have a slight problem with a couple of your tech guys regarding customer service. A friend of mine also tried calling for tech support by email(apparently twice). He never got a response but when he sent one in using the Bank of Montreal email system, quess what, the email was returned promtely. I think your product is great but you DO have a serious client service issue to deal with. My suggestion to you. Send this email to somebody who can change things and "change it fast!" go jawz go! flip
