Gore would have made a much better president than Bush.
For one thing, we wouldn't have the Bush deficits, the Bush Iraq War, the giveaways to corporate special interests, the massive re-polluting or the loss of our global alliances.

For another thing, Gore-Lieberman would be very smart and tough on counter-terrorism. Who knows, they might have also acted on 8-5 when warned about imminent Al Qaida hjackings. We'll never know, but Bush sure fumbled the ball.

Gore would not have made as great a president as Clinton was or Kerry could be, but he would have been much better than Bush. And remember, Lieberman is almost as much a hawk as Cheney so you can forget about them being soft on Saddam or terrorists.
