Jim, that's just such a bogus argument. Every time I make a purchase, my income taxed dollars are taxed AGAIN at the check out counter. When I fill up my car, my income taxed bucks are taxed again for the gas. Hell, when I pay my federal income taxes, my income is taxed AGAIN by the state, so when I make a purchase that's the THIRD time they've been taxed.

If I earn income working, then invest it, when I realize the cap gains, it's taxed again.

As a LIVING PERSON, I'm here to complain about it. The dead aren't, just their whining heirs, that did nothing to earn the money anyway.
