Ron,

How can Herzog (aka Herzog,Heine,Geduld?) be shorting this stock? I thought it was against NASD rules to short a stock that sells for less than $5 or is this only a rule that the common folk have to abid by? But, I agree that he has to raise the ask soon. This is ridiculus.
