I've got one of my accounts over there and so far have not experienced a bookkeeping problem. The only time we got tangled up was in a complicated long and short (a synthetic put arrangement). But that was my own fault.

Never had a confirmed trade vanish on me ... hope that doesn't happen or I will switch firms.

Like you, I've been using their online services from the beta period on to the present time. You also might want to discuss this with your local office. They can intervene on your behalf if they need to. My local office has been quite helpful. Also, remember that they recently changed their policy on calling confirmation. That is: they don't do it because of large volume. If you are concerned on certain trades, you need to call them on your own initiative.

(BTW: Still watching Asarco)
