Deep pockets want GraphOn IP?
It's hard to account for the market's recent attention to GraphOn based on the commpany's business circumstances. Whatever benefits we'll see from the recently-installed new management will take more time to become apparent, and until they do, it's still a speculative story.

GOJO says they've filed an additional 76 patent applications. I think a company with large resources has noticed something in those applications that will matter in a big way, and that upside (acquisition of the IP and/or of GraphOn) is what's driving recent buying.

GOJO by itself can't defend their IP effectively, because it's too costly. So the IP isn't worth much if it's dependent on GOJO for enforcement. The IP value changes completely if it's owned by somebody with the resources to enforce it. Apple? Samsung? Oracle? HP? GE?
