Someone here mentioned that purchases will be made between 11 and 11.30 ......because the prices dip then. I am wondering if it was EST or PST. Also... will the purchases be preannounced (as far as the date goes), like motley fool ? That way we can really setup a portfolio and track it like Fool does.
