No, I don't want into the suit; usually these things are just a big waste of time. I was only responding to your comment that the company's statements had no effect on those of us who were already in the stock. In my case, I bought additional shares based on the year-over-year growth rate, which was changed substantially when they restated earnings.

What really pisses me off is that I called Wabler when the original problem was disclosed back in November of 1995 and he told me:
"This is a non-issue. It's not a problem." He was wrong and I was misled by him (the company's CFO) if he knew differently. I bought an additional 2000 shares based on the information I had. Now, he may have truly believed it was a non-issue at the time and been brought up short by the accountants later. Maybe that is why he is gone now??!
