TO ALL,; <OPINION>

I am going to leave this all up to you to decide. I'm not into power
groups because I don't beleive they work, plus if you have confidence
in the company that you are doing business with you really don't need
one. Now on the other hand if you want to show your clout, and do a share
count just to flex some muscle, and you want to do this then I will leave
it up to you all to decide on your comfortability side of it. If you do
want to do it, you have my e-mail address posted on S.I. and I will leave
it up to you all. No names or anything like that will be devaulged, ect.
ect. ect.. If I don't hear anything then I know that you don't want to
do it. Just a thought. Been thinking about it for a long time and, well,
you decide if you want to do it. JUST a thought. Maybe it will have some
impact on them to start promoing this company and VSY in a responsible
way. It might have some influence on them when I talk to them the next
time. They have to get off there butts and put these companies where they
should be. Now if we have 1mil or 2 amongtus all then that is a pretty
sweeky wheel. I'm all for Herman being conservative, but I'm tired of this
and VSY stock getting beated up with no respect.

Your thoughts are appreciated. If I don't hear from you, I understand.

Time to get this show on the road. Sometime it take us to stirr the pot
and make taffy & cotton candy out of the sugar. V-8 juice out of the
