Do you remember Highmont ? It was largely Moly and went out of production after two years of operation when the price of Moly collapsed. At that time the Highmont mill was literally trucked down the hill and amalgamated with the Lornex mill. It is now owned by Highland Valley (Teck).

The grade was .214% CU and .024% Moly (NOT MoS2).

It is situated 5km SE of Highland Valley mill, and the West pit is adjacent to the East side of the Lornex pit and about 1000 ft higher.
