*OT* Knicks 89 - Spurs 81.

This has been the most painful series to watch I can remember. Even when the Knicks win.

In the three games, I don't think I've seen the Knicks (who are working their undersized butts off) make a single easy basket.

Conversely, I don't think I've seen the Spurs (read Duncan-Robinson) attempt anything other than a high percentage shot.

I'm old enough to remember the '73 Knicks-Lakers series which featured a 6' 7'' Jerry Lucas draw the mighty Wilt Chamberlain away from the offensive boards by consistently hitting rainbow jumpers from the top of the key.

I don't know if tonight is a reprieve from the inevitable or if the Knicks are finally figuring out ways to nullify the Spurs' Twin Towers.
