Jeez, and here I thought I was using lingo that the boys would understand. Darn, silly girl. I'm referring to the document that qualifies the Special Warrants ergo SP, dated May 12, 1999 that allows the warrant holders to sell the C$2.95 stock to the public. How come management doesn't own any shares of MAN?
Pete Tegart, one of the founders and the person responsible for bringing Tambo from La Source, holds 414,550, last trade buying 25,000 in March (as of last report I have). Bob Willis, the other founder, holds 590,000 shares, controls I believe 60,000 more, and has 6,000 in his RRSP. Brian Lock has 78,200.
Please share the updated information which led you to state that they don't own any shares, so that I may correct my data.
