OSTK. My wife has bought stuff from them, and it's worked out well.

I see p/sales now about .44. (I don't know if this Yahoo number is adjusted during the day for sharp price drops. I believe not.) I checked p/sales numbers for a couple of brick&mortar discounters and they are roughly the same (.49). So I don't understand why this company can't be profitable as these are. Not the same business model or products; however there just seems to me to be so many positives (cost savings) with being a recognized internet presence.

I've avoided this company because of all the media reports sponsored/promulgated/issued in past by a vociferous short-seller community. Just got a little tired of fighting through such. (I have enough stocks already in similar situations.)

If you decide to add more, Madharry, please post, and I'll re-look at OSTK.
