Thanks j bell for that information. I think that is a good part of the information. However, there is more, and one thing is a restriction on showing internal agreements to outsiders including shareholders. Also, a restriction on having to show shareholders information to shareholders. In other words they cannot be scrutinized by shareholders easily. KRT is one company that should be under heavy scrutiny right now. over and out - aj
