1 How long in your opinion do you think the suit will take??

2 Do you see it going all the way to court??

3 What do you think will happen to the share price of
both companies come Monday morning??

The thing that concerns me with Coleville's release is that
they are looking for a money to finance this lawsuit and other
things. I think 500 million is a little bit of a pipe dream.

I do not believe the suit will even get to the "examination
for discovery stage" hopefully they will all sobe up and settle
out of court.

If this goes all the way to court the company with the least
amount of cash will likely be frozen out(not neccessarily wrong but
frozen out).

The pt kencana part of the suit in a Canadian court in my
opinion will go nowhere. Heck both companies could lose the
entire property.
