John you do not have any choice to hold and approve. You are
holding your shares at the 2 dollar level, I think
I'd be holding to and I bet real down deep you do not approve;
but there is nothing you can do.

To go to court it will take some time, probably 2 to 5 years
and during this time there will be no work being done on the
property. This will certainly not enhance your position.

Do you really think Coleville will get 500 million; ie your
comment there must really be a large amount of gold on the
property to be sued for this amount. I do not think the
amount of gold has anything to do with the amount of the
claim. When, as you should know you sue, you always ask for the
moon.
