I rarely listen to anything but npr as far as radio goes. Although I have cable tv ive become more and more disenchanted with it. I did like csi so I bought one season on dvds. Now I dont have to watch the commmercials. I still enjoy some of the shows on commedy central and sports. But I find much of the advertising on tv excessively violent. The amount of programming available for free on the internet is pretty amazing and it looks like the cost of having the internet will also be coming down, Im not sure that augurs well for too many media companies. I guess we're all becoming like china now. copy and distribute without paying fees. I was on the internet with my son and we watched about 10 diffferent clips of that Kazakhstan imposter, some of it was pretty hilarious but its a lot easier and cheaper than paying $9 to see the movie. OT I was listening to some program about how oil money that was under the jurisdiction of the coalition pretty much disappeared without any accounting some
$9 billion or so . they asked the guy in charge what happened to the money The responded that he didnt know but who cared? That response I found pretty alarming. Someone else said that Haliburton proposed a plan to restore essential services. It was going to cost $30Billion. He was presented with seven thick looseleaf binders and given 3 hours to decide on the proposal.

I expect the goings on in Iraq will be the focus of many a congressional hearing now.
