It's already happening! Our little community now has a medical center, a rental center, and a fitness center the equivalent of which required a thirty mile round trip to the big town only one year ago. Soon we will have a new mini mall. I hope the one we have now, boardwalk and all, will stay pretty much the way it is. I like it that way. We lost a precious restaurant, whose proprietor is a dear lady who has suffered much and persevered. I hope she comes back, because there is another new franchise restaurant coming. I had my most memorable TERRIBLE hamburger at this particular franchise in another town.
