" strategies....hmmmm Enter a another partner with big pockets..who reads the contract..knows whats there,... That would drive the price up... otherwise two years minimum on the case unless they settle....So,,you have to shift the focus to the ongoing development of its Venezuelan Properties. to show 1. you dont care if it takes for ever and 2., if your former partners dont think they have much to loose..well they do $$$..reputation , time, the possibility of a new white knight... It s all bargaining ..and law ..but in the mean time the mice get crushed by the litigating elephants...(mice please look in mirror)
