As we no longer have a Theocracy, the "Reform" will no longer involve burning fags and being crushed between presses or having your arms and legs pulled off by horses after some preparatory cuts. They can threaten them with burning in the Fires of Hell (Praise Sweet Jesus!)...but they can no longer show the live demonstrations!!
