I'm going to go get a tofu "egg-salad" pita sandwich for breakfast out of the fridge. I love, really enjoy, having food in the fridge. So secure feeling. And there's leftover some-kind-of-balsamic-kale and veggies with fresh dill sauce.

(We tidied up the ingredient remainders in the fridge last night, and felt pretty responsible when we managed it. Like culinists.)
