(My all-time favorite book, by the way.) He made it up on volume, of course. :-) Duh!!!!! Of course, there's such a thing as bad earnings. I have a genuine $10 bill here that I would happily exchange with you for a genuine $20. You'd have earnings of $10 but then so would I... Get real fella!
