Brian, I await Mike's spin on the lawsuit he said was a lot of BS.
Maybe he is out this evening and has not had a chance to formulate
his spin on this, or otherwise consult with his confidants.
It confirms that the CLL legal opinion is strong enough to take such action. They would not do this if it was all a bunch of BS as some allege. No one goes to court believing they have no chance of a reasonable case, that would be a waste of time, and money.

Sleep well, this is a long way from being over.
