Of course I understand three year time horizon; but when an analyst says target $120, it usually means a 12-month time frame of appreciation. Plus, in this market which is so shortsighted, readers are looking for a quick run up. The analyst didn't say, "target $200 year end" or "target 12-2001 of $300."
