Very soon, people will start thinking about the disgraceful situation we find ourselves in. Since the 70's, we have known that we should be drilling for our own oil, we should be building new refineries, and we should be finding VIABLE alternative sources for oil....and building the infrastructure to support those new sources.
BLAME Congress for the last 40 years of action, and every single negative vote against the above.
Of course, some people will realize when we do blame Congress, that they will have to blame themselves for NOT insisting their elected representatives do what needed to be done.
Now, it will be painful, and worse yet, perhaps the cause of MANY MANY peoples death by starvation. Both here in this country, but many more in the world.
Every day I go to the store for anything, I/we see the prices of milk, drinks, etc (VERY heavy to truck), meats of all kinds (need to be fed grain products), cereals and flour and baked goods (grains again), fruit and veggies (again very expensive and heavy to truck)....ETC...
Food banks are already asking for more food to be donated, and I read someplace, already asking the Government for more taxpayer money...
We know all of this. What needs to be done is that this info be continually sent out so even the elite dunderheads in their servant protected worlds get it.
Living for a year on my Grandparents fruit ranch/farm as a young kid was an eye opener for me... Those memories were great for a kid, but as an adult, they gave me a whole new appreciation of what the generations who went before us did for themselves and for us. |
