Summing up things Democrat, Hillary won Puerto Rico about 68/32. She can now claim she has the majority of the votes from the primaries.

Obama has a majority of the delegates.

If they give it to Hillary, the party loses the Blacks, permanently.

If they give it to Obama, the party loses the election.
