It was actually pretty amusing today.

My business partner was shorting CSCO on the up moves, and I was buying it on the dips. We are not in the same room, so I did not know this until late in the day.

I watch CSCO a lot, not to trade it, but to get clues about the market movement. (That's a secret, don't tell anybody.)

Anyway, he was waiting all day for a short squeeze, and he thought for sure that there would be one at around 3:45. I didn't think so. (There was a little short squeeze, but it was at 3, not at 3:45. That's the long trade I did and made money on.)

He did well except for his last trade of the day, when he decided to go long for this short squeeze he thought was coming.

It didn't. Now he is convinced that he should never go long on CSCO.

LOL!!!
