I think CY-v (Cybersurf) is worth taking a look at. Take a look at the chart from yesterday, and then today. Looks like something may be going on.

PHPI, but on a longer term basis. It may turn into a trader soon.

EDIT! Some HUGE buying just came in via Yorkton at $4.25
