EVERCEL spin-off , from the ERC SEC filing:

"The Company has applied to have its Common Stock listed for quotation on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market under the symbol "EVCL" and the Boston Stock Exchange under the symbol " " following the closing of the Rights Offering."

It is my understanding that the rights will be trading before the stock starts trading. If this is true, how is the value of the rights determined? I would think that the value of the rights would be a function of the EVERCEL stock price relative to the $6 purchase price allowed by the rights.
