I'm glad someone on the this thread agrees with me on this. My only concern is if the restatement is not the issue for the lawsuit. All of the news I have seen on this specifically refers to the '96 offering. Of course, the company will not issue anything more on this than they already have. So, just like today, the stock will churn while the rest of the market moves forward. Maybe it's time to sell some more covered calls. Then again, maybe it's time to take the loss and move on.
