Not trying to hype you John, and about them 'old fashioned things', they are still a very handy items to have around. Unfortunately, if I read most 10K's, I probably wouldn't buy the stock as they scare the hell out of me.
This is still very much a 'speculative stock', but they have been able to find some 'Venture Capitalists' ready to take a modest plunge at prices that are fairly priced in today's market. The extension 3 years out shows that they are prepared to go along with the co. 'vision' and share in the growth.
The stock (and the company) may go nowhere, but I like its chances much better now than I did before we got the news of the financing and closing of the acquisitions.
As for the IR and PR part of CII, it still is in need of major improvements. Unfortunately, because it comes from the low-life shareholder and not some portfolio manager of a large fund that they need money from, the company isn't likely to chance their approach to shareholders. I was hoping they would at some time, but, Nah, that ain't a gonna happen.
