Nobody wins in situations like this. Except those that properly
decide which way the stock value will go, and they have nothing to do
with the outcome, one way or another.

I chose to short this stock. There is too much evidence for me to bet
on the side of the company and management. Nor, do I want to be an long owner in a company that has such criminal and civil problems.
There are too many good companies to invest in that are clean.
