Wayne, You and I have hung in with a few others on this thread for many months prior to the arrival of the johnnie-come-latelies. With due respect, if the claim that CLL has lied about filing suit is correct, I agree with you that the company would be finished. If, on the other hand, the two companies are getting to the heavy-handed part of the bargaining process, it would not surprise me at all if Coleville dropped the writ late Friday afternoon and let their corporate adversary find out through messengers such as yourself. I do not share the opinion that management of either company is stupid, nor do I think that a suit would be launched on a mere whim. No, I think that late Friday afternoon is a lovely time to sue somebody. In any event, I would presume that court registries are closed on the weekend, although there are those who may have special access to this information that most of us do not. I intend simply to watch the universe unfold this weekend. Thanks for the response, Wayne.
