Someone here claimed that Intel's ceo sent his underlings with bags of cash to bribe customers.

Link please. I've only seen you propose that strawman scenario as a mischaracterization of an opponent's argument.

Someone else claimed they knew Intel strongarmed customers. No evidence, just claims of fact.

Someone related their personal experience, which A) I am in no position to dispute, B) You are in no position to dispute (not that it stopped you from trying), C) is corroborated by historical facts D) Is corroborated by many many other anecdotes.

You seem to think that its implausible that Intel could/would lean on Supermicro to not sell AMD-based products, at a time when Opteron was kicking Intel's ass in the server market, and that when they did, they had to put AMD-based product on a sub-website that couldn't be accessed by the main page... IMHO you have to have a severely naive (or otherwise distorted) perspective to honestly think that.

Regardless, feel free to ignore me. I think things will work better for you that way.
